Kensie and Matt’s October celebration in Vail was a perfect blend of winter whimsy and rich, romantic elegance. Their wedding day began with an intimate ceremony at the iconic Vail Interfaith Chapel, a meaningful setting nestled in the heart of Vail Village. From there, guests made their way to Donovan Pavilion, where a jewel-toned color palette, lush greenery installations, and custom overhead string lighting created an inviting and elevated reception experience.
As part of Calico’s full-service planning, every element of the weekend was thoughtfully designed and executed—from coordinating guest transportation to incorporating an oxygen bar for high-altitude comfort.
A favorite highlight? Their custom stadium-inspired cake, playfully honoring their college alma maters and spirited football rivalry. The chandelier’s dramatic floral draping by Rose Petals Vail added a romantic touch above the dance floor, where guests celebrated the newlyweds late into the night.
