Maya and Nic reside in Los Angeles but always knew they wanted to return to one of their favorite cities—Boulder, Colorado—to say their vows.
It’s where they got engaged, and with Calico Weddings by their side, they planned their entire destination wedding from afar. Held at Greystone Castle atop Flagstaff Mountain, the day unfolded with heart and intention. Maya processed in with her father to The Blessing, sung by a gospel choir, and both she and Nic were overcome with emotion—this was their first look, and the moment was nothing short of cinematic.
A close friend officiated, and the couple jumped the same broom Maya’s parents used 35 years earlier. Nic wore his Oma’s wolf ring as a quiet nod to his last name, Wolfe. .” The day was beautifully captured by Sarah Kempers and featured by Over The Moon.
