Allison and Dave’s September wedding at Northstar Gatherings in Idaho Springs was the perfect expression of refined intimacy.
Set against the mountain backdrop just beginning to turn with the season, their celebration combined warmth, elegance, and deeply personal touches. A soft palette of sage green, soft pink, and peach set the tone, while guest tables featured petite succulent arrangements, Polaroid photos of cherished friends and family, and handwritten notes thoughtfully placed at each table.
Their beloved dog, Abbey, was a central presence throughout the day, making the celebration feel all the more personal.
Calico provided seamless day-of coordination, including exclusive oversight of guest transportation logistics given the venue’s no-parking policy.
Photographer Diana Coulter captured the day in timeless detail, and floral elements provided From the Ground Up added a meaningful layer of sustainability, as each succulent arrangement was collected and repurposed at the end of the evening.
