Lauren and Mike’s July wedding at Steamboat Resort was a celebration of comfortable elegance, perfectly aligned with the natural beauty and relaxed charm of Steamboat Springs. Guests arrived via gondola to the Thunderhead Lawn, where the ceremony overlooked sweeping mountain views. A palette of classic white and green set the tone for a timeless celebration, carried through to the Champagne Powder Room for the reception.
One of the most memorable details? Blizzards from Dairy Queen, a playful nod to the groom’s favorite dessert, delivered to the mountain in perfect time to accompany their classic wedding cake.
Calico Weddings supported Lauren and Mike with a custom planning package that provided full-scale guidance across their wedding weekend. In addition to the wedding day, we helped coordinate both their rehearsal dinner and welcome party, making sure each event reflected their style and hospitality.
