Rachel and Kenn’s October wedding at Surf Hotel in Buena Vista was a joyful celebration of the season, full of warmth, color, and intention. With an array of vibrant tones that complemented the autumn landscape, the design felt playful yet refined. Rachel wore a soft, elegant stole that paired beautifully with her gown and the crisp mountain air.
Throughout the day, live acoustic music set the tone—from the ceremony to cocktail hour—adding a personal and heartfelt ambiance that mirrored the couple’s love for the outdoors and the mountains they cherish. Their shared passion for mountain biking made Buena Vista a natural and meaningful setting for their day.
Calico Weddings supported Rachel and Kenn with day-of coordination, while also working closely with Rachel throughout the planning process to ensure every detail was in place. With most vendors traveling from Denver, logistics required extra attention—especially in a remote setting—but everything came together seamlessly.
